Urgent Message:


We want to clarify some confusion circulating in news and social media reports following the tragic events in Grand Blanc Township.


While it has been reported that Mr. Thomas Jacob Sanford, the alleged shooter, may have had contact with one of our members in the past, Mr. Sanford was not a member of Solid Rock Community Church, nor did he ever attend our services or participate in our ministries.


Our hearts are heavy for the victims, their families, and the Grand Blanc community. We are praying for comfort, healing, and peace in the midst of such grief and shock.


We also want to affirm our ongoing support for local churches and civic leaders as they serve and care for those directly affected. This is a time for unity, compassion, and prayer.
